See information about: GUIDELINES FOR PAPERS AND POSTERS Posters: A poster session will be held during the Wednesday (July 18) evening reception. Poster presenters will have time before the reception to install the posters. Posters should be no larger than 4'x 4'. Poster boards and mounting supplies will be available. Posters must be removed by 4 p.m. on Thursday. Papers: Final manuscripts are due July 1, 2007. Detailed instructions on paper formatting can be found in the following PDF file. Submissions to Parallel Computing are due Sept. 1, 2007. Please check the agenda to determine the length of your presentation. If your presentation is scheduled for a session with three papers, you will have 25 minutes to present the work and should allocate about 5 minutes of that time for questions. If your presentation is scheduled for a sessino with four papers (except the last session on Friday), you will have 20 minutes to present your work and should allocate about 2 minutes for questions. Strict compliance with these time limits will be enforced.A Windows PC running MS PowerPoint will be provided. Presenters are strongly encouraged to check their presentations before the session. Session chairs will be available before the session to assist with the final preparation for the presentation. You can also reach Champaign-Urbana via Amtrak. ACCOMMODATIONS A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hampton Inn at 1200 W. University Ave, Urbana (less than a block from NCSA). These rooms are reserved for arrival on Monday, July 16 and departure on Friday, July 20. The cost is $79 (plus tax) per night. To request a room in the block, call 217-337-1100 by July 2 and ask for the "RSSI" block. Check the online Champaign County Visitors Guide for information on other Urbana-Champaign accommodations. PARKING Metered parking is available on Clark Street and in the parking garage, both directly in front (north) of the NCSA Building. A limited number of metered spaces will be available without charge on a first-come, first-served basis. These bagged/marked meters will be in on the east side of the parking garage, as you enter from Goodwin Avenue. Please note that Clark Street is one-way (west to east) in front of the NCSA Building. INTERNET ACCESS A log-in and password are required to access NCSA's wireless network. This information will provided when you check in.
